IMPROVING OUR SERVICE!
At Aline Packaging we believe that this catalogue is only as good as the team behind it. If you have any criticism with the way we have handled your inquiry, the way we do business or, you may have ideas of how we can improve our service, then we want to hear from you. Please drop us a line via fax, post or email and let us know what you think, this is the only way we can keep improving our service to you the customer.

RETURNS POLICY:
It is the wish of Aline Packaging that all products sold are met with your complete satisfaction. If you believe that the goods sold are below standard, are faulty, or are not what you have ordered please notify us immediately, giving us the invoice number, date of invoice and why you believe the goods need to be returned for credit or be exchanged. All goods to be returned need to have approval prior to returning.

There are certain conditions where credit cannot be given on products being returned these are;

  • Goods damaged after delivery.
  • Special buy in lines. (These goods not normally stocked by us).
  • Goods without the original invoice.
  • Items returned after 30 days from invoice date.

It is the policy of Aline Pty. Ltd., trading as Aline Packaging . to source, supply and distribute a complete range of superior quality industrial packaging supplies and associated products.

The nature of Aline Packaging’s activities places particular emphasis on experience, expertise, capability, performance, safety, reliability, and quality.

Aline Packaging’s management objective is to maintain market leadership in our field, based on Quality, Service, and Price by meeting and exceeding our customers expectations and satisfying all applicable regulatory authorities.

Aline Packaging ensures that the management and staff are fully conversant with company quality objectives through on going education and training at all levels within the company.

In order to achieve these objectives, Aline Packaging’s policy is to maintain an effective and efficient management system.
